The Freestyle360 Alpha system allows for a continuously linked, endless challenge route. This unique, unpredictable and non-linear design inspires the user to experiment with their abilities. That, combined with swooping, freeflowing arches and eliptical design provides a unique look to any conventional park setting.

The support frames are made from sturdy, powdercoated and galvanized steel construction. This offers a long lasting, heavy-duty solution that will challenge kids for hours.

The cable used is 20 mm super-durable nylon wound, steel cored cable. This cable is thicker than normal to allow for better grip and challenge negotiation. These cables employ an interchangeable, mechanical fitting (not crimp-fit) which allows for easy cable change, in case of vandalism. This means only the individual rope section is changed, not the whole net!

Cast Aluminum Cross Joints
We have developed a unique cross joint design exclusively found on Active’s cable challenges. No other product on the market is equipped with this joint. Our innovation has proven to be the most efficient method of assembly for several reasons: It allows for the cables of a cable net to be interchangeable, as each cable can be replaced individually. It is vandal resistant as pinhead tamper-proof bolts hold the cables in place. The nylon coating of the cable prevents extensive wear or damage. Powder coated finish prevents you from getting black, oily stains on you user’s hands, caused by exposed raw aluminum.

Steel Cored, Nylon Wound Cable
The cable net is a three dimensional arrangement of cable cells forming a comple geometry and complying with the dimensions set by the Safety Standards. It is factory assembled using two types of cables; the main tension cables are made from 22mm diameter cable reinforced with 6 strands of steel on the outside and a solid steel cable core inside for a total of 7 steel wires. The central steel core is covered with UV resistant polyamide nylon.
