When Whitehills Childcare in London, Ontario called Active Playground Equipment, they didn't want an ordinary play structure. They wanted something with a unique medieval castle theme.
Because we have a full custom department at Active Playground Equipment, we can virtually create any custom themed playground that you can ever desire.
The Whitehills Childcare playground has a castle roof design, a medieval style store counter, and is complete with castle and stole styled safety barriers, a King and Queen Throne, and cool crawl panels.
The entire project consists of Discovery Playgrounds, as well as a very cool medieval dragon.
The Surfacing consisted of natural looking ActiveTurf.
Both playgrounds have cool colour schemes, including our new 'granite' plastic colour which looks like stone. Combined with the natural look of ActiveTurf, this play space has a perfect blend of colours.

We created a very cool custom Whitehills Childcare flag as an accent to the play structure.
The medieval lean-out railing makes a fun, cozy area for kinds to sit and look down to the ground.
