Active Playground Equipment (APE) has made this website and
all its contents available to you for your own personal use.
The contents of this site include: HTML pages, graphics, video
and audio clips, and any other content located at this address
(collectively referred to as the “Materials”),
as well as any services operated by Active Playground Equipment
(collectively referred to as “Services”).
APE reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time
without notice to you. When the updated terms have been posted

bound by these terms when using this site.
When you access this site you are agreeing to the Terms of
Use stated here. If you disagree with these terms, you do
not have the right to access this site, and must destroy any

clips, as well as literature in various electronic formats

of Ape. This includes the printing of information and promotional

audio, or any other media format. They may not be altered
